Australian Authors Start on the Australian Government Culture and Recreation Portal which provides links to Australian authors’ websites and a range of other interesting information about Australian books. From here you can search over 3,500 Australian websites for information about children’s literature and children’s Book Week. Children’s Book Council of Australia The Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) is a volunteer run, not for profit, organisation that was established in 1945 and is comprised of individual members who are passionate about children's and young adult literature. Inside a Dog The site was launched by the Centre for Youth Literature of the State Library of Victoria. The site features: a new online writer in residence each month; book reviews; booklists; quizzes; interviews; podcasts and discussions. http://www.insideadog.com.au

MS Readathon MS Readathon is an annual reading event where students can win prizes just by reading and raising funds for people with Multiple Sclerosis.
